My wife who I love darly is making my life a living hell. Do to a couple issues that have turned up in converting this place from a Contract for deed to a regular Mortage needless to say we are forced to move again. Turned out the person that owned it was Upside Down over 70K on the house and MY back will not go higher than 100% value NOT the 200% his bank or HE needs to pay off the 3 Mortages he has on this place.
So we started to look again found a new place got approved for it and get this IT IS BIGGER. $ bedrooms 2 bath and it even has a room and sink for me to use for a RO/DI system for the Tanks YES. I have 18 feet of wall space to work with instead of 6 so I can get a 300 gallon keep my 150 get it drilled make it into a reef get my wife that sea pony tank she wants and also have my son that 29 nano Nemo he wants. Only bitch is this place is a manufactured home 28x80 oh well I can pay lot rent again.
