Thanks for your time, AzOcean, email on its way. I did put a new filter, I just thought if I am using my original filter in addition, it would not harm.
Colleen. I did washed my filters in freshwater. Thank you for mentioning that I should not. Stupid me! Do you think that fact could add to the water cloudiness?

UV sterilzers kill the benefical micros in your system. Your system is too young to install one IMO. There is a reason your water is cloudy. Find the source and correct the problem.
THere is no need for a uv sterilizer on a well maintained marine system. Your money is better spent on a top of the line protein skimmer.
I recommend the Remora Pro by Aqua C. Maintenace and adjusting is minimal and it is one of the better HOT protein skimmers on the market.
Overfeeding, bacteria bloom, tap water, poor water movement etc can all contribute to cloudy water.
