I am looking for a 125-140 set up in CA

I live in the san joaquin valley of CA and I want a good deal on a 125-140 with all the equipment. I mainly want a good filter, powerheads, skimmer, possibly a sump, good lighting for corals and clams(for the future) and a nice tank, stand and canopy. I also would like a good heater. I will take live rock and live sand too to get this up and running. This will cost me probably 1500.00 or more in the store new and I don't want to spend that much. Anyone got one?????
