I broke my overflow box

I accidently broke my overflow box. The problem is that I am having trouble finding a replacement that will fit between the aquarium and the wall (I only have 3 1/2 inches). Anyone have any sugestions?? My tank is 75 gal. Thanks.

why don't you just use an overflow kit, and cut it to fit?
My over flow box on my 110 busted while i was out of town. Came home to a WET basement and some dead fishies.

Check the LifeReef overflows...not absolutely positive(without measuring) but I think it may fit in your clearence. If so they are a quality product.

Thanks-Life Reef does make one that is only 3 inches. The bad thing, is that they want $89 for one-Ouch.

I know this is probably common sense, but what about installing a corner box and drilling the tank? That would be awesome, and more reliable I believe. If your tank has a tempered bottom, they can drill the holes in the side or back. No big deal. Cool option though.

PS--- I just realized that would be a really annoying thing if your reef has been established for a while, compounded by you not having another tank to put it in.

yeah, do you have your tank established yet? I would put it all on hold if you don't, that is until you fix the overflow. I agree with hairtrigger, do a corner box if you aren't already. MUCH more safe (even though mine that broke was a corner box, but it broke due to a shi#y installation job, hey trigger?), and it may cost you less.

NO!!!!!!!!!! Wiseguy. That was a factory install. When it breaks again, it will be because of a crappy install. Since you RE-installed it.

PS--- I just noticed your little signature. It's cool and all. But I think it is mistaken, therefore wrong. My mystic cords of my memory don't swell when touched..... but uh... like, I know something else that does.
