I know the red one is grape kelp (from what I've found) they just sorta sprouted over the past month... If it gets out of hand they'll be gone. I put them together in a rock pile and now my dragonets won't leave it, are pods gathering in this area or something? they never stay in the same spot very long but they just hang out there now.

You have a mixture of hair algae, caulerpa, and red grape kelp. Pods are naturally drawn to clumps of macro as they use them as protection (hiding) against fish like your dragonets. So in ten words or less you have a buffet for your fish right now.
