Saw 3 of these floating around on my rockwork and glass. To me they look like Abalones...but I am not 100% sure. I apologize about the images, I'm trying to work with an old digital camera untill the new SLR comes!

a type of snail they are actually not a problem there alge grazers got a couple in my tank, like a little bonus with live rock

i think there is a little more info on them in the hitchhiker furom might wanna check that out on here
