I.D. yellow worm

Bought a few pieces of LR & when re-arranging the rocks I found this worm.
What is it & is it safe to put back into my tank? Reef safe?

Not the good kind, don't put it back in. They feed on coral.

Well thats just great. I have a huge one in my tank. I just saw it the other day and I am now trying to catch it. I think this is what has been eating my small clams. Also some of my zoo colonies will just degrade for no apparant reason at some time. They will grow, grow, grow, then a large portion will start to degrade and die. I think this guy is eating my corals. I am attempting to catch him with a pop bottle trap any ideas would be great. It has eaten 2 small clams at this point. I just saw them end of it and it was about 1/2" wide by 1/4" fat. I am guessing it's 10-12" long.
