after alot of thinking and advice from you guys i painted the back of my tank.
nothing in it even noticed the fumes form the paint. and it looks great. what do you guys think? any advice on what else i should add to my tank. the wife gave me the ok to stock it up so any help would be great.

i want a different color on my 225 reef tank its now prodominantly run by colt and leather corals with some green star polyps and newly re acquired open brain and mushroom i need more color ......no sps as posible
tank 225 4x3x 30"
lighting 400 watts mh 20 k and 260 watts actinic pc
temp 78 to 80

i used a small sponge roller its about 4" wide and 1" dia. i think its for doing edges.
and small roller. the paint is from home depot its a satin enamel adventurer blue. its the micky mouse addition. all i did was make sure the back was clean and dry and started painting. i gave it three coats. wait at least 15 to 20 minutes in between coats. as far as fumes go not much. all i can say is im glad i did it because it made a huge!!! difference. i also ran some carbon just in case.

looks awesome bout the only thing I would add would be maybe a tree coral or some thing long flowing type to off set the hard corals. but the tank looks awesome.
