I have noticed these tubes made out of my LS and these cloudy clear worm looking things coming out of the tube. It looks like about 3 per tube. I also noticed these tiny little things that look like itty bitty feather dusters. What do you think they might be? I have one sea horse in tank and they don't seem to bother it but just to make sure.

They are common tube worms. As your tank matures you will see more and more of htem, and ones that are diffrent colors. Thye are harmless filter feaders.

Those tube worms are considered a pest because of high reproductive rates. Get a couple peppermint shrimp, they will make a good snack of them! ( Peppermint shrimp ARE ok with seahorses, trust me I would know, look at my name!!)

Pest?? They dont reproduce that fast, and my peperment shrimp disn't touch them. The are jsut muti colored tube works. I have some bright red ones, white, mixed, there are a bunch of them in the tank but no where near the lvl of being a pest.

So they are both harmless. One web sight I read said that spagetti worms are a parasite? Is this true? I guess it is atube worm. it kind of looks like an upsidedowm tear drop stem with little hairs growing out from around the top. They are multipling like crazy. I also just noticed this puple hairy arm(?) or worm coming out of my LR. Any idea what that might be?
