I do not have live rock in my tank i have coral i guess, maybe reef. My question is i noticed i have like (well it looks like anemone) but when i take it out to try and clean it it feels like hair. Is this bad should i change my rocks? My fish have seemed fine i have a lawnmower blennie, 2 damsels, a hermit crab, and a horseshoe crab and they all seem happy and fine....

We'll address your stocking issues later

Live rock is "rock" left from the hard remains of reef building invertebrates. When you say "dead" coral or "reef" you really aren't describing anything different. We need a better explanation.
