I want to put these fish in my 75 gallon
i don't know which fish to get first
one yellow tang
one blue tang
two or three Blue Green Reef Chromis
one Spotted Cardinalfish
one Sailfin/Algae Blenny
two Ocellaris Clownfish
Is that too many fish in a 75 gallon?

In the begining everything will be fine, but eventually the 2 tangs will outgrow the tank. I couldn't tell you which order to add them though

I would revise your stocklist alittle, i would get the following in this order. either 1 or 2 should be 1st, and tang last, rest dosen't really matter.
1: pajama cardinal (spotted cardinal)
2: two Ocellaris Clownfish
3: firefish
4: royal gramma
5: some kind of bleeny (research what kind is suitable first)
6: yellow tang
reasons
blue tang: to big, not very hardy
chromis; chromis shoals just don't work

I would say that you will be able to keep all of those except the tangs. The Blue tang especially will get much to large for the tank.
As far as which fish on your list to add first, I would add the chromis or the clowns first.

I have a 110 gallon with a stock list similar to yours. I added my first fish today
- I was planning to go buy 2 clown fish, but the lfs was out so I came home with an algae blenny. He's so cool! He has so much personality! He went to work eating right away, and has already made himself at home in a hole in one of the live rocks. So, I say the blenny or the clowns would be great choices.

I always use the order of non- aggressive and territorial to aggressive and territorial as a starting point

When you say blue, do you mean Powder Blue or Blue Hippo?

i would not put any tangs in a 75, let alone 2. once they reach adult size and you don't have enough greens, they would complete mess up your tank, especially the zoas, if you have any
