This story is pretty crazy. How would this even happen? I think that I would notice that the guy that was sitting beside me on the ride out was missing. Though I guess there is a bit of confusion with everyone stowing their gear after a dive or switching tanks before moving to another dive site.
Makes me glad that I have an in-line noise maker and inflatable signal buoy on my BCD.

I wonder where they were diving. It would be ironic if they were left for dead at Neptune Memorial Reef. Neptune Memorial Reef is an underwater graveyard 3 miles off the coast of Miami.
