Would Ick spread to the other fish in my tank? My Royal Gramma is always copvered in little spots. However he is still eating and looks fine. He is always wedging himself in rocks. I also have a percula clown and 2 engineer gobies who show no signs of it. this has been going on for 2 weeks. Asa precaution I have been using Kick-ich. Would kick-ich stop it from spreading to the other fish while still treating the sick one?

ick on one fish means ick in entire tank..some fish are less prone to getting ich.
check the sticky's at the top of the forum regarding hyposalinity and quartining

Eric, read the post on ICH in the FAQ Thread. This parasite is highly infectious so it really needs to addressed with all fish that were exposed to it.
Do you have a QT?

I have a 20 gallon long tank sitting and running in my room. I am already quaratining my baby yellow tang in there. Seems like I am in trouble. I dont want to treat the tang for no reason. Those engineer gobies are going to be an absolute pain to catch.:happyfish
