I felt the baby!

The baby kicked my hand! I can't believe it! I thought I was just imagining it but then the baby kicked 8 times...stopped for a little bit and then started kicking again!

Ted needs to hurry up and get home so he can feel the baby move.

Hopefully that does not mean she is allergic to the puppy.

I highly doubt it. lol Puppy is here to stay. My family absolutely adores her.
I'm just so excited to be able to feel the baby kicking from the outside. That means my husband will be able to feel the baby move when he gets home. I'm going to the Just Between Friends sale tomorrow morning at the fair grounds. Hopefully pick up some good deals on things we'll need that I can buy for either s e x.
And I have another OB appt tomorrow.
They'll be sending my referral over so I can get the appt for my ultrasound! Getting even more excited with every week. It's getting closer!

This brings a smile to my face. My wife has always accused me of having this "thing" with pregnant women's bellies. With all 3 of ours, I had my hand on her belly every night just waiting on the next "move". And since, I still put my hand on our pregnant friend's bellies (I don't recommend this guys) every chance I get. My wife always has to explain to them...

Although we will never have another, I cannot forget the supernatural "glow" that an expecting Mother has. I can see it a mile away.
Best of luck as you experience this time in your life....

Why do you doubt me? I have already stated my prediction...

Well, we'll find out in about 3 weeks! I go back to my OB's office to have the downs marker screening on the 19th and then my ultrasound will be here about a week after that.
So excited! Pink or blue, either will do. I'll love you either way through and through!
I lost 2lbs in the last month so I've only gained 3lbs during this pregnancy. I'm 4 months along. I've never lost weight during a pregnancy so this is a first. And usually by now I've gained more weight than this. So when they say all pregnancies are different they really are.

My wife will agree on that. With our LAST one she only gained 2 lbs for the whole thing. Then the kid weighed 8-10 and 2 days later she had lost 10 lbs already.

That sounds good to me! lol It was a win win situation. A beautiful, healthy baby and momma comes out of the pregnancy smaller than when she began.

I know of a cure for that
Red Velvet Cheesecake.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm sure I'll start gaining weight on my own but I don't plan on accelerating (sp) it any sooner than needed. I'm trying to stay within the guidelines my dr gave me so it'll be easier for me after the baby is born. I'd have to go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for 2hrs x 3 days to burn that bad boy off. lol

Mw2 how long til hubby gets home. Also instead of Cheesecake have some of my Ultimate Turtle Brownies.
He's been in Oklahoma since Monday but they have to go through medical checks, briefing and srp (soldier readiness program). He'll actually be home tomorrow! I've been working my rear off today doing laundry, cleaning my room/reorganizing stuff and I still have to go to the grocery store. I'm getting him a nice, juicy steak and a case of beer.
Gotta spoil him. He deserves it.
And in between you and Scotts, I'll be the side of a barn by the time I'm due from eating those things! lol Not that they don't sound yummy.

Here is how you make them. Take a family sized box of Turtle Brownies mix according to directions. Then right before you bake them add a 4 oz package of Milk duds or Rollos your Choice and bake normally. Then when done ice with a fudge icing. My wife LOVES THEM.
