I get my PC's tommorrow!!!

Got a question. I'm switching from 2 NO bulbs to 2 PC's tommorrow. How long should I leave them on at first? After that, how gradually should I increase the time and how long should they be on in the end? I run my NO's for 11hrs a day. I have 5 mushroom rocks, 3 star polyps, 1 colt, 1 leather and 1 anenome rock. I wish I could fast foward 2 weeks to see the improvement and the new growth starting!!!

I would start running the lights for about 6 hourd a day increasing 30 minutes every other day until you get to about 12 hours actinic and 10 to 11 day light.
