I got my first SWF.com order today!

Well so far so good there was only two porblems i had with my order
my scarlet hermit was dead, it was in pieces it wasnt a molt its head was in the shell and when it didnt move for 5 hours i touched it to see and nothing happened
the other was i was short one peppermint shrimp, i had ordered a group of five and i got four, what do i do, they wont believe me that i tell them im short one shrimp? i mean the only thing i found in the bag with the 4 shrimp was a tail and anttanea(sp?)
other than that it looks good

I would contact them as soon as possible (link is to the left). I bet they will give you credit for another or maybe even ship another to you. You might want to check around to see if adding another after the fact will work out like you wanted though. HTH
