Another good post showing the need to buy a good fish book and don't listen to LFs employees unless you know them extremely well
I'd never buy a fish hoping it won't grow quickly.

Seth, post him in the classifieds sale or trade. If I could take him I would. It's a beatiful fish. (I can see how you got sucked in)

I guess some of you have never seen this particular batfish before. The white spots are markings. I have seen several other batfish with the same thing. Look up some pics of the fish before you jump on the "ich wagon".

Dwarf Lion should be fine, as long as there isnt any fish in your tank much smaller then him. I *think* I read somewhere that they dont always take to frozen foods and what not so might want to make extra sure hes accepting foods before purchasing. (I might be wrong about the food thing so take it for what its worth, just thought Id mention.)

This fish didnt have ich whe i got him, but now my Coral Beauty and Bat have it...It goes and comes and everyone that i personally know tells me that i dont need to buy chemicals, and that i can do things that dont cost money, that if i buy a cleaner wrasse, thn that takes care of it all, and it may just be kicked withouth doing anything at all, but yeah....

you know, if i didnt see his reflection on the glass over the batfish, i'd say photoshop LOL that thing doesnt look real.
seth, you really should read up on the ich... by saying it comes back means you are nto killing the parasites. i know you have a post saying your batfish and coral beauty have it, but you've said both places that it keeps coming back. kill it and stop letting it breed in your tank. look in the disease forum.
