I have 90lbs of LR being delivered today. Right now I'm not sure how many pounds I have in the tank because I bought it used. Once I see what 90lbs looks like I will know more.
Anyways, is adding all this rock at once ok? Tank specs below.

Is the LR cured or uncured. If you put it all in at one time and it is not fully cured before you put it in it will cause an ammonia spike and will kill things in your tank. You may want to put it in a separate container with saltwater, powerheads and a protein skimmer to see if there is any die off with ammonia spikea. After it is determined safe you can add it to your tank a little at a time.

If you are having it delivered via overnight there is still going to be die off and potential for an ammonia spike. Where did you get the rock from?

It's just arrived!
Fishsupply.com is where I got it.
They preach, "All of our rocks are pre-cured"
It's Fiji LR.
It doesn't smell like crap and doesn't smell like the ocean either, maybe because the rocks were just rapped in wet newspaper.
Some of the rocks have what looks like mud on them. Whats the best way of removing it? Can you wash LR with fresh water?

Don't wash it with freshwater!!!!!!!!! That can kill alot of the bacteria and small hitchikers.
As far as adding it to your tank. If it's fully cured than there isn't a problem. If it isn't fully cured than you should finish curring it before putting it into your tank.

Update: The rock has now been in a container with saltwater since the delivery and now smells like the ocean.

Sounds like a heck of a deal!!! Personally if I was getting that much cured LR to add to an established system I think I'd let it cure just a while in a seperate container with maybe a power head and lighting if thats possible. Then I'd check for any ammonia spike...if no problems then I'd start adding to my systems gradually and keep a close eye on water levels to insure against any sudden mini-cycle. Good luck getting it all set up. Man makes me want to ship in a couple of boxes for myself...don't know where I'd put it...but it sure is fun to get it!!!
