got a pic or a description? I assume there's a compartment with a protein skimmer and a compartment for bio media, right? if so, if the wet/dry is designed for that size tank, it should definitely work.

As long as all of the parts are in working order, I see no reason why not. The same basic concept applies that you are filtering the water, replenishing nutrients, and testing for changes.

125 Gallon Show System 2 Aquarium by Sea Clear
SeaClear System II offers a true wet/dry biological filtration system built into the back of the aquarium. The SeaClear System II filter includes chambers that accommodate biological, mechanical and chemical filter media as well as space for a heater and the optional System II Protein Skimmer. The unique molded Turbulence Manifold allows for excellent circulation throughout the entire aquarium. All this without any outside plumbing or noise, the System II is complete and ready to run.
The easiest way to create a breathtaking fresh or saltwater aquarium set-up is with the SeaClear System II Aquariums. They''re equipped with a wet/dry filtration system that accommodates biological, chemical and mechanical filtration media, as well as space for a heater and SeaClear Protein Skimmer if needed (each sold separately).
