Well, I have a confession to make... I just ate 120 grams of chocolate... That's about 600 calories... Well, Its time to go exercise and burn off the 600 calories... lol Anyone els eat a lot of chocolate?
Chocolate is my favorite food group. Added to meats whilst they cook gives them a depth of flavor that is AMAZING. Just made a pot of pulled BBQ pork last night with a healthy sguirt of Hershey's syrup. I usually use bars, but we were out. I always have chocolate in the kitchen for cooking.

600 calories is like...half a big mac. I wouldn't feel too guilty about it if it doesn't happen often *grin*
Eat a carrot or something to counteract it
I had to learn all that stuff recently so I actually figured it was more than that though. The bun is the main calorie count on it at 210 calories.

Its really hard to burn off weight from all the food too. Ill look up the fact for sure today, but in a lab for my life science class, we learned that 1 (either gram or pound, but its a big difference) is equivalent to 3,200 calories.

I've been using chocolate in my chili for years. I usually use cocoa powder but if I dont have any on hand a few squirts of hershey's syrup is a good sub.

Yeah chocolate is my biggest vice. lol. Anything really sweet and creamy, like ice cream or fudge or caramel. Stuff like that. I love the girl scout's tagalongs the best. Fry's grocery store makes the most amazing ice cream called extreme moose tracks. it's made with denali fudge. scrumptious!! See?? All that stuff I know about fitness?? NO GOOD when you love to eat really fattening stuff like fat and sugar. But I do get my little endorphin high from it. lol
