I have a small white film

i have the film on the top of my water its kinda wierd just wondering what it may be. looks like small white particles.
i have 55 gallon
1.024 sal
2 maxijets ph
65 gallon protien skimmer
25 lbs of live rock
50 lbs of base rock (turning from brown to green)
nova t5 lighing
and emporer 400 filtration
i have 1 cleaner shrimp
20 hermit crabs
1 damsels
1 conylactus anemone
1 orange polythea
and 1 green brittel star
and 2 emarld grabs.
wow thats a mouth full lol if anyone has any ideas please let me no

nasty topfilm happens. point a powehead towards the surface so it circulates the water better and gives a better gas exchange, the film crap will get cycled through and pulled out by your protein skimmer. Its usually an easy problem to fix.
