good lighting and water flow oh and let me add yu must add calcium on a norm iodine dosent hurt either. As far as shipping it turns almost fully white during shipping but if it is placed back into a good light sorce it will green back up.

I bought my start off a different website, missed the shipping time, it arrived in midafternoon temps. Was in perfect condition. Hopefully you have a foam cooler left over from a past online purchase to ship in. Great shipper in my opinion. halimeada. Xenia's are a delicate shipper, but again my online purchase came in in good shape. They used a dry method but sent them in water. Anotherwards they used an extra bag inside the bag to stablize my Xenia's, which would work great for halimeada as well.

Also just like any caulerpa they dont have a way to get algea off it.
