I have had an Outbreak.....

I have had an outbreak of Feather dusters in my 55 gallon, I don't mind the feather dusters. There are about 150 to a colony, and I have 2 colonies growing on different sides of my tank.
But my other out break is in my husbands tank, i think they are sea squirts. but oh my, they are every where, I'll try to post a pic if anyone has any suggestions. :thinking:

Both are harmless filter feeders and outbreaks are usually a sign of high nutriants....

I would rather have an outbreak or feather dusters than cyano.

Take some of those puppies to the LFS and trade it for some supplies!

I should, I think its strange, especially the sea squirts, well i guess thats what they are. They could be aliens. but there are copepods hanging around them also, DO copepods make cacoons?
