Well I just got back a week ago from 3 1/2 months overseas. I left a 90 gallon georgous reef tank in my wifes care. She had 2 full pages of instructions on what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Well I walk in my house and besides major purple and green corraline on the back glass the tank looked awesome. All of my fish lived and the only fatalities was a flame scallop and pretty old cleaner shrimp. I assume the flame scallop died because I cut feedings in half to lower the bioload. I did a very thourough filter cleaning and scraped the back glass. The corals grew very well when I was gone. The only maintenance that the wife did was weekly 5 gallon water changes and cleaned the Magnum 350 midway through. Just wanted to share the great news.
