It depends on what sort of item said cheese is being placed upon.....Really like Blue Cheese and the Blue Cheese family of cheeses.
How did i Forget blue cheese i think my blood is half blue cheese. But since it usually isnt used in a traditional cheese fashion i forgot all about it. So now i need some crumble blue cheese and avacado on a burger.

Last time I was in Israel my uncle took me to a local goat farm and I had FRESH goat cheese.
that stuff is STRONG. the flavor literally SMACKS you in the FACE. I mean... I can imagine how some people could appreciate the taste, but its just much too much for me. phew!

LoL, I know I know. I won't even bother pushing anyone 2try it b4 they knock it. just one of those things I guess.

Dill havarti is also really good with kalamata olives though. that's gotta be at least a little bit less nauseating

i like to warm 1/2 of a lovely loaf of velveeta with 2 cans of chili in a crock pot and eat it with tortilla chips...
