It took me almost two weeks to read the last book, with a two year old, so I ignored anything I saw, read or heard about the book. Yesterday I got towards the end and could not put it down and kept reading until 1230am! I had horrible dreams and I'm totally exhausted! So thrilling that just a book could do that! I can not believe she killed off Dumbledore!!
How could she?!
I was crushed, as I'm sure just about everyone was. I don't want to believe Snape but I can't help it because I trust Dumbledore. I think he was too far gone and he was actually asking Snape to kill him. I'm sure there is some grand purpose. AND...when Harry was trying to hex Snape, I think, kept trying to tell him his problem so that Harry could figure out what he needed to do to fight Voldemort. Snape read all of his spells before he said them and surely Voldemort would do the same. He also stopped the death eaters from killing him too, even though he said Voldemort wants to kill him. Too sad about Harry and Ginney but has to be done. Wow, what a change of direction the book has made. I can't stop thinking about it. Now it's two years until the next. This is torture.
The last novel I read was book #5! I really miss reading grown-up books.
ps-i'm sure everyone else is far ahead me but I just wanted to vent.
