i think your yellow chromis is a sulfur damsel, the pic is small, but there are a few types of damsel that look just like that!
and they are pyscho!

Yellow mantis shrimp, youll be surprised how well he takes to the tank!
If you got a royal gramma, it would hide in the rocks like your midas does. Id say get a yellow chromis or a watchman goby. Your best bets IMO with that kind of a bioload overload.
