Yep. Home Depot. The acrylic sheet is generally stocked in the rear corner by the building supplies.
Based on my experience, I suggest staying away from the 0.1" and go for the 0.25" thick sheets. You will need a special circular saw blade to cut it. They go for about $8.

Thanks for the tip on the saw blade. if you have any more tips before I start construction I'd love to know.
I am going with 1/4" thick. The sheets they sell are 3'x6' for about $58 a sheet. I was going to build my fuge 40x10x16 but that would require a 4'x8' sheet so I just downsized a little bit to 36x10x14. it's only a coulpe of gallons difference and I can cut all of it from the 3'x6' sheet.
