I need blue zoos

20 k bulbs are rather blue . but not like pure actinic. with a 20k halide those zoos above would look just the same.

The bulbs say 20k on them, but they are certainly not blue. Bright white. I've read that they usually take up to 100 hours to burn into their blue coloring, but mine have not. I'm questioning the online realtor that sold these to me. They make their own bulbs I think. 20k refers to the spectrum right? So they'd have to be blue if they were really 20k?
