Flower,
Here's the "bleed valve" type thing:

The pic shows the "bled" water returning to the sump, but you can run the bleed-off line pretty much anywhere. The pic also shows the "T" in the line, but you could run it right at the pump output if you want...just get a "T" fitting that fits your pump (I dunno if the output is MPT, FPT, or a barb on your pump).
I totally do not understand...what is a bleed valve and what do I use it for? I'm guessing.....Is it a way to regulate the flow so the tank doesn't overflow beyond the drain ability of the small fry tank? I haven't gotten the pump yet for the fry tank...I don't want to mess with the pump on the 90g...I just want to share the same sump for both tanks.

Yes, you're correct...it's a good way to regulate your return flow.
Somehow, I was thinking you wanted to pick some flow off of your main pump to send to another small setup, which can be done in the same manner.

LOL...The "somehow" is because I keep changing what I want to do, and am still trying to decide on the best route to take. You guys are my experts so I run it all by you...your solution was to run both the main and small "jacket" tank off of the same pump from the sump. I like the way my 90g is set up and I'm afraid to mess with perfection, if I start modifying stuff...being the handy person that you all know I am...I will mess it all up and ruin both set ups and have to redo everything.

Appreciate your time and assist...I am going to go ahead and take small tank to some cup place to get it done, I can't do it myself. It's past too far to have a tank made since this small tank has already been relaxing in my garage. The bottom of all cup fish tanks are usually tempered glass. And So I will do the alongside holes, will they calculate the identical or perhaps is one pit another dimension, and is 1 set lower than the other?
