I have:
2 Clarkii
1 Boxer Crab
Misc. snails and hermits
Ricordea Yuma
Zoas
GSP
Shrooms
Xenia
I currently feed Omega 1 flakes, mysis, and phyto plankton.
Just worried that my stuff isn't getting enough food.
Your on the right track I would add some brine shrimp to your list as all fish love it. You can also add some Phytoplankton for the softies and all the filter feeders that live in your rock.
No, do not feed brine shrimp. It should be fed as a treat. Try to feed mysis, freeze dried foods, fresh foods from your fish market (squid, octupus), anything. I don't feed brine shrimp at all.
Brine shrimp is probably the most used food for salt water fish
live brine shrimp is the best with frozen next. I always soak mine in Selcon or vita chem to add vitamins. If your fish could talk they would thank you for using it.

I think what is missing here is, Brine maybe the most used but unless it is fortified with vitamins and supplements it doesnt hold any nutritional value to your inhabitants other than crude protein, and I dont believe there is alot in it either. So as you stated soaking them in selcon and or superselco is recomended. So is buying a frozen nutritionally fortified food that has brine in it. just my 2 cents.
I take the frozen brine shrimp cubes, usually about 2 cubes, and put it in a small blender along with a some carrot shavings, celery, garlic, flake food, and some liquid garlic extract. Blend it into a wet mulch as fine as you can get it. Roll it out flat on some wax paper, put it in the freezer for a couple hours. Then take a pizza cutter, or your hands, and break it into 1" to 2" squares. Put all those back in the freezer and use one or two per feeding as needed.
None of the tank inhabitants have sent over a representative with any complaints as of yet.
