I need help with a new lighting system!!!

I am needing to replace my lighting system with a new one and need help on which way to go. I have a 250 gallon flat back hex room divider reef tank. It is a fully enclosed top and bottom with a canopy on top for access. I am currently running an orbit 60" with 2 10k 10000's and 2 atinics. also have another PC with an additional 2 10k's and 2 atinics. Height is a concern and heat is a concern. any fixtures out there that are low profile and dont produce too much heat would be great. I will post some dimensions as soon as I get them.

look at retrofit stuff then you can get the size that you need

Also what kinda of retrokit should I look at T5 retros? And how many bulbs would be I need 4 daylight 4 atinic? do T5 produce alot of heat? do I

the bulbs and transformer right onto the inside of the canopy? Sorry for all these questions just want to make sure I do the right thing.
