If it was for a full week or so...this tank may be ruined for ever keeping inverts unless you change out everything. You might try a polyfilter..it can remove the copper. Put one in for a week...then another. Run a test for copper...and see where the level is after the polyfilter. Many times copper will get into everything..substrate,rocks..even the silicone of your tank...and then leech back into the system. Never add meds or copper to a display tank! This must be done in a QT tank.
Another red flag I see is the use of iodine...stop adding this now. First, never dose what you do not test for. Second ...tests for iodine are innacurate and overdosing it is quite easy...you can kill things this way as well. Water changes replenish iodine..no need to add it.

As for filtration...well personally I would aim for a better skimmer and more LR first and foremost.
