I Need Help!!

My yellow tang is scratching its body against the rocks and creating like small scars on both sides of its body. Its eating well, but it is bothering me that it might get worse as time progresses. Can anybody help me?

It is possibly ich.have you had any experiences with ich before?
Did you QT the tang before you put it into the DT?Also Is it doing it constantly?Looking at your profile you have a 55 and soon upgrading.you also have a dog face puffer and a lion.Are they scratching as well?

It does sound like a parasite problem. Have you noticed ich? How long have you had this fish?

I dont think its ich. not seeing any white spots on my yellow tang at all. And my other two fish are not scratching at all either. the marks on his skin look scabby due to him rubbing against the rocks.

Post a picture of the scratches, if you can? Have you seen scratching behavior?
