How many nudis do you think I would need to takle the problem and any idea of how much each costs? the issue would then be would the nudis be able to get to all of them and if they do what would happen to all the nudis when the aptasia is gone...would the nudis die?? and if they do dont they poison the water like some of the other types of nudis?? I am really inclining to go with the starting over option.

The issue is as you can see from the pics, they are in the hundreds and some are impossible to reach and you know with aptasia if you dont get them all, they will come back with a vengence. Plus they have infitlrated the whole system including the pipes, sump, even the skimmer!!!
Either do as I mentioned and starve them or you might have to break this tank down and start all over. I agree its way out of control but as I mentioned it is going to be a combination of a lot of different things to get them under control again. Its going to take a lot of time though.
