I need of someone with good photoshop skillz

I just want to ask if anyone has time and wants to give me a late gift for Christmas they can. The pic I have is blurry and I would like it not to be. I am not sure if it can even be done. Please do not make funny pics of my dog, Please.

thanx bro... with more time goin pixel by pixel i could prolly clean it up a bit more... but then i would have to start charging by the hour... lol... blurred photos are virtually impossible to get 100% clean...

Thanks to everyone!. I didnt think it would be possible but I figured it would be worth it to ask. Maybe I just have to sit him down and put his hat on him and take a few more.
