i need sand sifter

a diamond goby or a fighting conch and other types of conches will shift your sand pretty good.

Sand sifter crabs seem pretty cool to me..saw one at my lfs, quite busy. I just looked and they are wish listed here. What does that mean? Kind of a "oh, you WISH"

I think what the "wish list" is, is where you give them your e-mail and the notify you when they get the requested item in stock.

I have been going to get a Goby to sift sand, but understand they jump out of the tank unless covered. Is this true?

ive never seen a counch at my lfs but ill check closer next time. will any goby work for sand sifting. i want to get a yellow watchman goby. will that work

oh oh you could get a sand sifty star fishhhh
you'll never see him most the time but they are pretty cool

nass. snails, conchs, dimond gobys, sand sifting cucumbers, dont get a sand sifting star, they rarly live very long, and eat all the benificial stuff in the sand

Don't get any kind of sand-sifter goby, any sand-sifting stars, and if you get a sand-sifting cucumber, only get one, and be aware that your tank can crash if it dies. HOWEVER, nassarius snails, and conches are great, and are probably your best bet.
