Ophiura, I found the post that I Was talking about. I said that the chromis reduce aggression, but I was wrong. Apprantly the chromis calm the more peaceful fish. Dither fish is what they are called.

Do it. Chromis are dither fish. They are always out and when shyer species such as firefish see this they think the coast is clear so it makes them more comfortable.
Couldn't find too much info on Saltwater, but they mention Chromis and anthias.
