I need some help?

My starfish is dieing, I think??? I just checked the water and everything reads perfect. The starfish is brown but I don't know the name of it, it looks like any normal starfish. I don't know what is going on. can anyone help? Any suggestions? I don't have a QT tank. I'm in a jam. Its getting smaller and the rest of the tank is looking great! Please Help!

was it blue or purple when you got it or aka, the linkia star. is so they need at least 50-100lbs of lr. a 12 gL would not hold enough lr.

I DID make it threw the night, I'm going to take it the store and see what is going on with the little guy..That makes me very happy
