I need some help

So I'm new to saltwater and now own a Fiji devil damsel and a sixline wrasse in a 38 gallon. I am upgrading to a 55 gallon tank in a few months.(the wrasse and Fiji are quite aggressive) I just would like some help o a stocking list for the 55 and what I can add now to my 38(also own chocolate chip star an a few crabs) any help will be appreciated.(also standard 30 to 40 gallon filter and 40
gallon heater and that's bout it)

In anticipation of going to a larger tank I would not add anything to the 38 gallon tank. You have 2 aggressive fish already, and they have probably already staked out their territories, so any newcomer will encounter a battle. Besides, anything you add to the 38 will have to be captured in order to move to the new system, and you will find that wrasses and damsels are difficult fish to capture, so why add more problems at this point. In the meantime, I would set up a quarantine tank and quarantine a new fish (something aggressive, too, maybe a trigger) so that when when territories are disrupted by the move the newcomer is ready to be added to the 55, and, with some luck, the three will reestablish their territories without undue aggression. Alternatively, I would trade the damsel in for something less aggressive and make the 55 more of a community tank than an aggressive system.

A niger trigger can be ok in a community tank, but be careful not to stock any fish that are black or dark brown in color. I once had a niger who attacked the black plastic head of the algae scraper constantly. I thought it was pretty cute until I added an Achilles tang and the trigger said to itself "dark brown, close enough to black", and ate right through the body of the fish. Also, tirggers are sloppy eaters, so watch the nitrogen waste levels in the tank.
