Are these little guys eating my coral coral been doing bad when I first started seeing them? Please help

wow...those are some great pictures. I can't tell you what they are called but they are good critters and they are not eating the star polyps. Do some water tests, and tell us the results so we can help you.

I've recently had a nitrate spike but not to bad and the star has seems to be doing really bad everything else looks really good. I'm at a loss. Other corals doing really well and growing I have some grass shrimp in this nano tank could them sussing on it all the time be causing the problem?
