I need sump help

Well what used to take me days now takes weeks or months. I finally got the 30gs out of the room...I'm in pain now, I took a pill...LOL so if I start sounding loopy you know why. My goodness I used to break down tanks in a few hours and not even think about it.
I got the baffles to work, they didn't seal perfectly but enough to keep a water level constant for the skimmer, and the refugium chamber fills and overflows like it should. The new tank is off life support and is now fully operational. I turned off the canister but I still have to remove it. Oh and I still need to reset the phosban reactor. The pump is in place and ready to be plugged in, I just have to fill it with media. My home made spray bars has the top holes too high, I have lots of noise and splash. I already have new PVC drilled I just have to install them on the return. (Not until I feel better)
So I have a sump under the stand...and oh the lessons learned along the way.
My daughter and 3 granddaughters are coming tomorrow to stay for the weekend, they are old enough to be a help. They can help move my desk into place, and pull the room back together.... as of now all I can do is sit and instruct.
Time for bed...Good night and thanks everyone for all the good advice and help.
