hi everyone, so for the past 5-6 months the only inhabitants i have in my tank are inverts and a single clownfish. i have a 36 bowfront and a 20 gallon sump and i want to start adding corals and more fish (slowly of course).
i have a rough idea of what i want:
-my clownfish
-flame hawk
-pygmy angel
-McCosker's flasher wrasse
-a yellow and a green clown goby
-a pair of firefish
now im pretty sure that 8 fish in that tank even with the total water volume of 50 gallons wont work out so im gonna have to choose from them. i dont know if the firefish and clown gobies can handle slightly more aggressive behavior of the hawk and angel so i need opinions on that. or if you have other fish suggestions give me your ideas.
as for corals, i need some beginner ones that will be good. so any suggestions on those?
thanks.

Bubble coral! Melys seems to never stop growing! Plating Montipora, birdsnest, zoas, mushrooms, ricordias, and gsps. Depending on your light of course.

i love bubble coral, it looks hekka cool. as long as it is somewhat easy to keep alive i will get one soon, if not i will wait till im more experienced. i also really like the plating corals and birdsnest. and any colorful ric and mushrooms will also be cool.
forgot to mention my lighting is:
150 watt MH w/ Phoenix 14K
and im also about to add 2 T5HOs as well either:
-2 24 watt ATI Blue +
or
-2 24 watt UVL Super Actinics
but i think i should be able to keep anything with that much light.

LOL...I answered this....but my answer disappeared....
ANYWAY...I think mushrooms and zoas are the easiest safest corals to start with...
I also said how badly I want a flame hawk for my 54g, only I am still waiting for SWF to get one in stock

lol wonder how that happened?
i thought the the mushrooms would be easiest and if the zoas are too then i might start with those cause i really like them.
i ordered a flame hawk from my LFS about 4 months ago and it still hasnt come lol...but yeah i've been checking SWF too and they never have them in stock. they seem like great fish.

lol never heard of a pink one before.
the real challenge for me is gonna be finding a McCosker's wrasse since i know ***** and my LFS dont carry those as they arent that common i dont think.

Is the McCosker and Carpenter the same????? SWF has the carpenter...VERY PRETTY
AND I am pretty sure the hawk was pink cause it was sick :(

thats why whenever i see a fish like at ***** i wanna take it home cause i could take care of it, at least better than they can.
and the wrasses i think that they might be the same or very close to it. maybe people confuse them or maybe they actually are the same. i would personally have to see mine before i buy it since i want it to be very specific when it comes to color.
