I ordered a package from SWF.com and...

Its been a few days and I dont have the stuff, I dont a responce to my email, I couldnt leave a message on his 800 number because his box was full. How long does it take to fill a simple package order? Whats the deal?

I ordered a package on sunday and was hoping I would have it today but am not worried about it.
I did read that it may take 1 WEEK to fill the order because they are busy.
I did however get a response in about 20 minutes on email that they had recieved the order, and a response from the security web site that I had ordered. So if you didn't get those then it might have never went through.

I ordered before Christmas and just got my order today. A little slow but the prices are right and shipping (priority overnight)is free. It does say they are running a week behind. I looked everywhere and their prices might be a littlr more than others but free box and shipping blows all others out of water.....at least in inverts.

I ordered aton of stuff from them last week. My order was just filled and shipped yesterday. It was my first order with them and I am a bit disappointed but I understand due to the holiday season and all. Mine should arrive any minute...

i have order from here and never had a problem. it arrived the day that they said it would. I think (can't remember ) that they emailed me the day before it was to arrive and that i had to specify a day that i wanted it shipped to arrive on.

I ordered Monday morning. I saw the week waiting period deal but I was hoping they were being pesemistic. I hope they ship tomorrow, school starts next week and I wont be around in the mornings.
