Its a peanut worm guys, I have tons of them that look the exact same in my tank.

Is that what your talking about?? Not the best pic, bowfront makes focusing hard if not impossible. Its come out about 2-3 inches and whips around looking for things, Ive seen 2-3 of them at a time in that area comming from different holes. I dont know what it is though
i have hundreds of those guys, micro brittle for sure. usually come out during feeding or water changes. one water change they all came out of the rocks, floated to the top and started, what i call, spawning, dropping eggs or sperm or whatever all over the place, so much i almost thought it would clog my filters.
