i think i have a worm...

hey-
sometimes after the lights have been off for about an hour, i'll go and turn on my desk lamp and look in the tank and i'll see like 3 or 4 little worms about the size of a milimeter and as thick as a pencil line...they willl kinda scurry around then go into a hole...
then i saw about 4 or 5 of those baby shrimp things that i found in my filter...someone said they were pods? well, my shrimp were hunting them down...it was awesome...but one of my friends (sunken ship) suggested that these worm things might be bristle worms...they look kinda spiny, i think...anyways, what can i get to eat them if they do exist in my tank, or are they safe...

Bristle worms and pods are a GOOD thing. You want more, not less.

I have a 4'' bristle worm in my 12 gallon, would you be worried mmmmsushi?????

I have heard that a Arrow Crabb will take care of a Bristle Worm.

Maybe you folks would post the definition of what you call a "large" bristle worm. Also,please explain how often you have seen these. In the meantime if you would send me your bristleworms,let me know,I'll pay the shipping.
