i added a rock from my 20g to my 55g (13th day of cycling) with a feather duster but it has red buble algae all over it. also 2 snails with red buble algae all over them
why would a healthy tank kill it....anyway, you can do a few things,....take the rock out....scrub it in a pail of SW...then rinse it VERY well in a different pail of SW
OR...get a couple of emerald crabs and take the chance that they eat it
or....boil the rock and kill it for sure (yes, you would lose the duster)
a healthy tank will not kill algae its a natural part of a tank.
are you sure thats bubble algae though it looks like its has a leaf like structure in one of the photos?
depending on what kind of algae it is there are some that are pretty invasive and can cause a huge headache. I would try to find a positive ID quickly so if it is invasive you can take action for it.

Look at some of this species
botryocladia uvaria
or other images of the botryocladia "algaes" some are more invasive....and they all seem to be similar,.....LOL....BUT since you can see it in person, you could probably match it up better
