ok I know that what I'm saying is if I take out the 2 damsells and replace with 2 unidentified fish ..the bio-load hasn't changed right ...so the 3rd fish would really be the only new fish....Am I thinking wrong about this aspect of it?

Hmm...
Well, if you're just trying to meet the minimum spending amount, you could ALWAYS buy some Live Rock! You can never have too much Live Rock, or perhaps some Dry Goods.

Unless they've changed it, it dosn't work that way.

We tried to include the LR with our first order and it didn't include it in the minimum order. I think it has to either be fish, inverts, or coral to count towards the minimum.

Does dry goods count toward your minimum order? I have never ordered from this site but after my closest LFS(which is an hour and half away) tried to sell me a blue throat trigger for $75, marked down from $100, I am thinking about it.

I don't think they do. If you open the fish link it says free shipping on all fish, corals, inverts, and reef packages. Minimum order of $79 and a $9.99 surcharge. On the dry goods page it says no minimum order required.
