I think my Carpet Anemone is dead

I'm new to Anemones. I have an established 125 gallon tank, and want to expand beyond fish. I added a Haddoni Carpet Anemone, Sebae Anemone, and Clownfish to my tank last Thursday. I've been trying to feed the anemones Brine and Mysis shrimp via a turkey baster. They did not seem too interested in it, so I’ve ordered some Silversides. This morning I woke up to my Haddoni looking like this the attached pic (sorry for the poor quality). I think the Sebae is on his way out as well.
He looks pretty dead to me. Before I remove him from the tank, I just want to make sure. Is he dead? What could I have done wrong?
Here are my water test results from this morning:
Nitrate:0
High Range pH:8.3
Nitrite:0
Ammonia:0
Specific Gravity:1.025
Water Temp:74
My lighting consists of 4 4ft Ice Caps FR40/T12 VHO lights.
More pictures of the tank and filtration system can be seen at

Thanks

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve never medicated my tank with copper and my water is from an RO system, therefore, I should not have any copper in the tank. I have numerous invertebrates in my tank including 2 starfish, 1 shrimp, 2 SallyLightfoots, several hermit crabs, and a scallop, and all of them are living just fine. Recently, I did place a Sea-Lab No. 28 Automatic Replenisher in my sump, but this should only have helped things, not hurt them. Or at least that is what I thought.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
