shrooms will live however i doubt they will trive.
chili coral
sun coral<--- needs lots of care
other then that i would say get some pc at the least so you can start keeping most of the softies and some lps.
really your lighting is only suited for fowlr
not even sure you would get much growth on your rock under the 2 watt range.
watt per gallon is a poor way to set up your lighting but its atleast a decent starting guide.
i would say get into the 4-5 watt per gallon range to keep alot of the sofies without worry
i tried to be as cheap as i could with lighting and and also started out with NO without much success,
now i am into heavy pc and MH, skimmer and lights are your best places to spend the cash IMO

Thanks for the info!!:D My budget unfortunately dosnt allow yet for mh or pc's...I'll upgrade probably in a month or so. With the 4 coralife bulbs combined I'll have 160 watts of light. Which brings me to another q. Why does corallife say promotes healthy corals if theres not enough wattage to do so?? again, thanks for any help or info!!

If you’re taking something at face value because the label says so you’re in for a lot of rude awakenings in life.
NO bulbs unless a lot are used on a small tank really won’t be of much help for keeping alot of different corals
Although it’s not the good way to do things I did have only 100 watts of NO bulbs on my first tank and kept several different types of shrooms. and polyps.
BUT my tank was only 29 gallons
Soon after I did upgrade to pc so I can’t say how long they would have lasted if I did not. but for the 4 or so months I had them under NO they did well.
Now I have a 75 reef with pc and mh but I did not have the mh until about two weeks ago and I had everything you see in the pick with only pc except for the anemone.
I had
4x65 pc
2x96 pc
i now have
2x65 pc
2x96 pc
1x175 mh
my lighting at 500watts is still considered moderate i would only keep LPS and softies. MAYBE a SPS or two up high in the tank but i have never tried it

If you had the same lighting on a shallower tank it might be fine for certain corals. They aren't making false claims, IMO. I've kept stuff under NO, but on smaller tanks.
